The HR Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This role supports the organization by maintaining employee records, administering benefits, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Administrator serves as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related inquiries and processes.
